Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new development at 3801 Gateway Park Boulevard, Sacramento. The project proposal includes developing the site to house an apartment building, a commercial hub, and some site work.
Ethan Conrad Properties is the project developer and property owner. RSC Engineering Inc is the project applicant.
The property site is a parcel spanning an area of 12.54 acres which will be divided into three parcels. One parcel, measuring 10.59 acres, will contain an apartment complex bringing 114 residential units. The total built-up area of the apartment building is 110,274 square feet. The residential units are offered as a mix of 14 studios, 44 one-bedrooms, and 56 two-bedroom units, all at market rates. The second parcel will span an area of 1.33 acres. This project proposes to remove one tree, an 8-inch Chinese elm.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The property site is located at the junction of the North Natomas retail market. The site is situated one block north of I-80 and between two prominent shopping centers.
