Site grading permits have been submitted for a new development at 100 Lafayette Circle in Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the construction of a two-story mixed-use development. The project will replace a building that was destroyed by a fire in 2017. Studio FCF is managing the design concept and construction.

Contra Costa County Planning Committee will be reviewing plans for a new two-story commercial building at 100 Lafayette Circle. The new 13,000 square feet mixed0use structure will replace the building destroyed by fire.
