The project will provide medical beds, patient care, and residential amenities within an existing senior housing building. The new construction will happen alongside permanent supportive housing, though under separate permits. Alameda Point Collaborative is the property owner. Equity Community Builders is the project developer. Ankrom Moisan Architects is responsible for the design.
