Renderings Revealed for Church-to-Housing Conversion in Clinton, Oakland

New renderings have been revealed for the adaptive reuse of the Brooklyn Presbyterian Church and Parish Hall at 1433 12th Street in Oakland, Alameda County. The plans will reshape the 1887-built religious facility with new affordable housing and community facilities. Strive Wealth Builders is the project sponsor.

Permits Filed to Convert Church to Affordable Housing, 1433 12th Avenue, Clinton, Oakland

Pre-application permits have been filed to convert a vacant church into new housing at 1433 12th Avenue in Clinton, Oakland. The proposal will include 12 units inside the existing church complex, and 30 units in a four-story addition. Strive Real Estate LLC, based in Albany California, is responsible for the proposal.
