Affordable Housing Approved For 880 Stone Pine Road, Half Moon Bay
The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors has approved construction financing for Stone Pine Cove, a proposed manufactured homes development at 880 Stone Pine Road in Half Moon Bay. The county has secured $11.5 million, with completion expected by early 2025. Sacramento-based Capital Program Management is the project coordinator.
