Sacramento Planning Commission recently granted approvals for a multi-family residential project proposed at 1401 Arden Way, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a multi-family apartment complex containing 8 buildings: five apartment buildings and three townhomes. Debartolo Development is the project applicant and owner. Ark Architects Inc is responsible for the design concepts. Wood Rodgers Inc is the landscape architect.
