The City of Mountain View has granted a CEQA Exemption for the eight-story proposal at 490 East Middlefield Road in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The project was determined to meet the criteria for the streamlined review through the California Environmental Quality Act via Assembly Bill 130. Jeff Stone of Diamond Construction Inc is listed as the project applicant, filed through WTA Middlefield LLC.
New renderings have been revealed ahead of the design review meeting for 1001-1009 Oak Hill Road in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The updated project will bring a seven-story residential project, with more than three dozen additional units compared to the previous iteration, to the center of the suburban city just one block away from a BART Station. Jeff Stone, a local developer and owner of Diamond Construction, is listed as the property owner.
Revised plans have been shared for a new apartment complex at 1001 Oak Hill Road in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The proposal aims to create 53 apartments and more parking in the city’s retail core. In a public meeting earlier this week, the city’s Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend the City Council approve the development.
