Updated Plans Filed For USGS Campus Redevelopment, Menlo Park

Updated plans have been filed for the mixed-use redevelopment of the former United States Geological Survey agency campus at 345 Middlefield Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. New renderings have been published showing slight modifications to the expansive project, reshaping the office grounds with housing, public parks, and retail. Presidio Bay Ventures is the developer and applicant responsible for the development.

Presidio Bay Plans Mixed-Use Redevelopment of Former USGS Campus, Menlo Park

Detailed plans have been published for the mixed-use redevelopment of the former United States Geological Survey offices at 345 Middlefield Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The property could accommodate hundreds of new apartments and nearly double the office space next to the proposed Parkline masterplan, and be less than half a mile from a potential new skyscraper at 80 Willow Road. Presidio Bay Ventures is responsible for the application.
