The development, being an infill project, has little room for unique creative expression, so the main objective is for the development to contribute to the economic vibrancy and diversity. To this end, the hotel/retail will provide a new source of pedestrian traffic into the city’s core. This project will continue citizenM’s ambition for creating, “high design hotels located in incredible locations, but at an affordable price point.”
