Permits have been issued for nine new residential buildings in Brookfield’s massive, nearly 2,000 unit development in Dublin, California. The nine buildings will be a part of the Mulholland enclave, with addresses from 5600-5623 Fallbrook Court. Mulholland is just one of twelve within the 189-acre Boulevard Dublin project.
5609, 5612, and 5623 Fallbrook Court will offer 2,654 square feet. 5606, 5613, and 5621 Fallbrook Court will yield 2,705 square feet. 5600, 5605, and 5615 Fallbrook Court will yield 2,870 square feet. All of the single-family houses will be sold at the market rate. Vehicle parking will take up 450 square feet per house. Residencies will have up to four bedrooms per unit, with nearly as many bathrooms. Housing prices will start at $1.2 million each, making it the most expensive district in the Boulevard Dublin neighborhood.
The development is split between detached single-family houses, flats, and townhouses. Boulevard Dublin will dramatically alter a once undeveloped portion of the Alameda County city. The project includes a community center, landscaped parks, and around 200,000 square feet for commercial retail. SFYIMBY previously reported on the permits filed in the Hyde Park enclave.
The structures will be a wood frame building. Construction for this set of permits is expected to cost $3.5 million. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
