The 21-foot tall structure will yield 3,250 square feet, with 2,760 square feet dedicated to the four-bedroom residence and 485 square feet for a two-car one-bike garage. The property will include a 280 square foot patio, a 230 square foot roof deck, and an expansive 910 square foot rear yard. Records show the developer is not certain if the property will be sold as a rental or for ownership.

The building job is expected to cost $700,000 while excavating roughly 540 cubic yards. An individual and resident of San Francisco working through 731 Peralta Ave LLC are listed as the property owner.
