The project site is a 0.14-acre lot. Named Historic Alley Apartments, the building will offer a total of twelve units. The units will cover a floor area of 4,572 square feet. Garages are proposed to occupy an area of 667 square feet. The building facade will rise to a height of thirty-four feet. The residential building expresses its exterior elevation in cement plaster with painted coverings in hues of gray, and green. Lap sidings, stucco, and guard rails can be seen in the renderings. Windows and cantilevered balconies are included to break the monotony of the facade and enhance interior circulation.

The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet.

The project site is in a walk and bike-friendly neighborhood with a seven-minute walk away from McKinley Park. Residents will be in close proximity to grocery and convenience stores.

  1. Visual prominence of garages is gross. Main entrance is in between the 6 garages?

There are many design solutions other than ugly.
