The nearly 62-foot structure will yield 311,130 square feet to create 189 residential units. 19 of the units will be sold as low-income housing. The developers stated during the city council meeting the intended demographic is high-income millennials. Parking is included on-site for a total 304 vehicles. 261 spaces will be dedicated to residential parking, with 43 spaces for guest parking.

Residential amenities will be spread across the ground level and the rooftop. Recent plans have expanded the lobby and leasing office, fitness center, yoga studio, and courtyards. The fitness center will connect with Courtyard A, which has seating and outdoor cooking space by a communal pool. A rooftop deck with a connected clubroom/sky lounge will be overlooking the sprawling suburban city of Pleasant Hill.

  1. I’m very happy something so wonderful is going into 85 Cleaveland Road. I’ve been looking at the hole in the ground for weeks and wondering. It is a very special location to me. There was a County Adoption agency there. In 1973, my husband and I met our first daughter when we picked her up there.

  2. Would you be able to let us know approximately how much a two bedroom two bathroom unit will cost?

  3. How much is low income rent?

  4. interested in buying a unit , wonder how much and to whom should be approached ?
