A new mixed-use development is under construction at 855 Main Street in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The project proposal includes constructing a new four-story mixed-use structure with office space, retail space, and two levels of on-site parking. The massing for the building is lower along Main Street and gradually steps up four stories along Walnut Street. The project will offer office space for various corporates.

The new development spans across a gross floor area of 100,000 square feet. The property will offer four floors of class A office space spanning 93,506 square feet and 6,900 square feet of retail space. Two levels of underground parking space are also proposed. On-site amenities include 55 electric vehicle stations, storage spaces, power backup, outdoor terrace space, and bicycle parking. The low-rise structure features fourteen-foot high ceilings on all levels.

The property site is situated in the heart of downtown Redwood City, in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. The property is located within a 5-minute walk to a Caltrain station.
