Development permits were submitted seeking the approval constructing four new townhomes at 530 32nd Street in Pill Hill, Oakland. The project seeks approval of application of Regular Design Review to develop the residential units on a vacant lot.
De Jesus and Alatorre Architects is managing the design concepts and construction of the plan.
The total area of the project parcel is 6,113 square feet. The townhomes will each rise to a height of three stories and cover a gross area of 7,565 square feet. A subdivision for four residential condominiums in a single lot. Each one will span across an area of 1,100 square feet. The residences will house three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a one-car garage. The property will be landscaped and fenced in townhouse styles.
The architecture style complements the neighborhood’s design style. The thirty-five-foot high facade is expressed in an exterior composed of lap sidings, shingles, stucco, and windows.
The project is under construction and the estimated date of completion has not been announced yet.
The project site is located in Telegraph Grove Shafter District and is surrounded by several other single and multi-family dwellings.
