Commercial Plan Review has been submitted for a new project at 601 Township Nine Avenue in Souther Pacific/ Richards, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the new construction of an apartment complex, a community amenity center, and site improvements. The filed permit seeks approval of the first apartment building and the overall site work.
Chicago-based 29th Street Capital is managing the project development. Jacobs Engineering Group, formerly known as Carter & Burgess LLC is managing the architecture design and construction.
The project, Township Nine will occupy a 65-acre site that will feature multi-family residential units. The apartment complex will consist of four apartment buildings. Two buildings will house thirty-six residential units, the third building will consist of thirty units, and the fourth will have twenty-four units. An on-site parking structure is proposed. Other on-site amenities are inclusive of a private clubhouse, community rooms, and a fitness center.
840,000 square feet of office space and 146,000 square feet of retail space are also part of the project.
The property site is situated north of Richards Boulevard and 5th Street. The estimated cost of construction is $4,000,000. The date of project completion is estimated to be 2024.
