Residential Plan Review Application has been submitted seeking the reviewal of floor plans designed for five residences in Shasta Avenue, Sacramento. The proposed project is part of a bigger residential project named Silver Leaf consisting of 31 lots in the R-1 zone. The site addresses are 7717, 7800, 7808 Shasta Avenue.
William Hezmalhalch Architects is managing the design concepts and construction. Lafferty Communities is the project developer.
Silver Leaf Plan 1 via WHA
The first residence is a two-story single-family house with a 161 square-foot covered porch. The first floor spans across an area of 1201 square feet and the second floor covers an area of 1377 square feet. The residence will feature four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The third residence is a two-story single-family house with a 143 square-foot covered porch. The first floor spans across an area of 1275 square feet and the second floor covers an area of 1118 square feet. The residence will feature three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a 502 square-foot garage.
Silver Leaf Plan 3 via WHA
The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet. The property site is within a ten-minute drive to Lowe’s, Golden Corral, Starbucks, and a Sam’s Club.
