Building permits have been issued for City Ventures’ Blossom House at 9873 MacArthur Boulevard in Toler Heights, Oakland. The project proposal consists of the construction of four three-story buildings with twenty-nine residential units. Blossom House is one of the four houses that are proposed for construction.
Fournier Design Studio is managing the design and project. C2 Collaborative is the landscape architect.

The new residence, Blossom House, will be a three-story townhouse-style condominium featuring six market-rate units. The total floor area occupied is 12,586 square feet. The structure will have a living space with a square footage of 9,886 square feet. The property will showcase eighteen bedrooms with an attached garage for each unit.
The cost of this construction is estimated at $1.7 million. The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet.
The project site was previously occupied by the Gomes Nursery. The location is serviced by ACT bus lines like 14, 40, 57, 73, and 90. Oakland International Airport is eleven minutes away by car
A previous article by SF YIMBY covered the project in its preliminary application stage reported the site address as 9869 MacArthur Boulevard which has now been changed to 9873 MacArthur.
