A preliminary project review is pending for a new affordable housing development at 2956 International Boulevard in Fruitvale, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story residential complex on a vacant lot.
TPC CS Holdings LLC is the property owner. Pacific West Communities, Inc is the project applicant. AO Architects is managing the design concepts and construction.

The project site is a vacant lot spanning an area of 24, 430 square feet. The proposed residential project will offer 106 units at affordable prices. The total residential area is 66,975 square feet and the building will span across footage of 13,395 square feet. On-site amenities will occupy a space of 1,300 square feet on the ground floor.

Conceptual plans reveal a facade expressed in stucco finish with vinyl windows and metal canopies. The building facade will rise to a height of 65 feet.
