A new multi-family residential community has been proposed for development on a county-owned property between State Route 4, Bailey Road, East Leland Road and Ambrose Park in Contra Costa County. The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to vote on the mixed-use residential development at 2880 Alum Rock Avenue, east of Downtown San Jose in the Alum Rock neighborhood. The proposal would create two structures with 164 new residential units and 7,500 square feet of commercial space. Pacific West Communities is the property owner.
