Permit applications have been submitted seeking the review of a residential project proposed in Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a suburban senior housing complex comprising of seventeen new buildings.
Lennar Corporation is the project developer. Kevin L Cook Architect Inc is responsible for the design concepts and construction.

The property site is a vacant parcel that spans an area of eight acres. The project will bring 191 residential units in the seventeen buildings proposed to be available for seniors. The residential units will be designed as single-family two-story dwellings with floor areas ranging between 823 square feet to 1602 square feet for the first floor. The second floors range between 532 square feet and 1419 square feet. All residences will offer a garage space, a porch, a deck, and well-landscaped areas.
A community center measuring an area of 3,350 square feet will also be constructed on the site. Residents will be able to utilize this space for community gatherings. The complex will also offer open spaces, drive aisles, parking spaces, and other amenities at the site level.

The project is under review, and the construction timeline has not been revealed yet. The cost of construction is estimated at $18.6 million.
The project is part of the Northlake development, located near the Sacramento International Airport.
