New plans have been drafted for a 94-home suburban expansion along Hanson Lane in Brentwood, Contra Costa County. The single-family sprawl will redevelop 20 acres between Hanson Lane and Lone Tree Way along Marsh Creek. Meritage Homes Corporation is the project developer.
Development permits have been filed for the final phase of Baywalk, a master plan to replace the former Pittsburg Power Plant with nearly two thousand homes, a hotel, and public open space along the Contra Costa County coastline. The development will cover just a fifth of the 1,047-acre bayside property. Integral Communities is responsible for the project.
The City of Pittsburg is collecting public comments about Bay Walk, a mixed-use plan to build nearly two thousand single-family homes, a hotel, and a commercial center building next to the city’s wetlands on the northern edge of Contra Costa County. Demolition will also be required for the now-vacant Pittsburg Power Plant, once the largest power plant in the Bay Area. The Danville offices of Integral Communities is the project applicant.
A new residential community has been propsoed at 105 Panhandle in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed income residential community offering 1,662 single-family residential units, recreational areas, open space, and an elementary school. Moonfide LLC is the project owner. Kevin L Crook Architect Inc is responsible for the planning and architecture. MLC Holdings, located in San Ramon, is the project applicant.
