Conditional Use permits have been filed, seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 230 Anza Street in Inner Richmond, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story residence. Plans also call for the demolition of an existing two-story building housing two units.
Jag Capital Development LLC is the property owner. Remick + Sessions Design is managing the design concepts and construction.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2,500 square feet. The project will remodel an existing building into a four-story three-family residence. The market-rate units will be offered as a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The total built-up area is 1,361 square feet, 1,463 square feet, and 1,264 square feet for the first, second, and third floors, respectively. Interior remodeling for all floors has been proposed, along with vertical addition in the form of a roof deck and a mezzanine floor spanning an area of 271 square feet.
The proposal is the legalize the work that exceeds beyond the scope of previous permits. A meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, October 21, at 1 PM.
The neighborhood is a pleasant residential neighborhood located between the Presidio and Golden Gate Park. The area is bike and walk-friendly and is serviced by MUNI bus lines like 1, 2, 28R, 33, 38, 38R, and 44.
