Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new residential project at 2711 V Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-plex apartment complex.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 6,534 square feet. The project will bring an apartment complex featuring four residential units. Plans call for the demolition of a single-family house on the site built in the 1930s.
The cost of construction is estimated at $350000. The project requests for site plan and design review. An estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
