A preliminary application has been filed seeking the approval of a housing project located at 3575 De La Cruz Boulevard in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the development of condominium units for families at affordable rates.
The project site is a vacant lot spanning an area of 0.69 acres. The project will bring 15 affordable multi-family condominiums. The residential complex will include one-car garages, additional open parking, and a common area.
The project holds pending approvals from Santa Clara Planning Commission. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The property site resides in the North 101/North San Jose neighborhood of Santa Clara.
