Trumark Homes recently announced sales for the community of Jasper in Morgan Hill in Santa Clara County. The project proposal includes the development of a residential community featuring townhomes, a mixed-use building, and onsite residential amenities.

Named Jasper, the new construction includes a 101-unit townhome community with four unique three-story floor plans, with options for three to four bedrooms, and two-and-a-half to four bathrooms. The townhomes range from 1,403 to 2,101 square feet. The project will feature an on-campus mixed-use building with 2,147 square feet of ground-floor commercial retail space available for three separate units, ranging from 614 to 1,095 square feet.
With a modern farmhouse design, each townhome provides two-car garages, and most plans include a deck. Prices start in the $900,000s.

Community amenities include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, shaded barbeque area, lounge seating and outdoor gathering spaces.
Located in Morgan Hill, Jasper is on the southern edge of Silicon Valley and just 10 miles south of San Jose. With a centrally located Caltrain station downtown, residents have convenient access to the tech center hubs to the North.
