Online permits have been filed for a new residential project proposed at 2391 Northview Drive in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new apartment building with 19 apartments.
Northview LLC is the property owner. Studio 81 is the architecture firm responsible for the design concepts.

The property site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.64 acres. The project will bring a multi-unit residential building offering 19 residential units. The building will yield a total built-up area spanning 25,894 square feet. The residential units will be offered as two-bedroom apartments.

The project site is located at the corner of Northview Drive and Northfield Drive. The application requests review for the site plan & design, architectural drawings, civil engineering and landscape plans. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The estimated cost of construction is $3 million.
