Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of remodeling at 506 S Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of new residential spaces.
Indie Capital is the property owner. Johnsen Schmaling Architects is repsonsible for the design concepts.
The project will consist of splitting the existing lot into two properties. Each property will contain a three-story duplex and a two-story two-unit accessory dwelling unit (ADU). The upper level units will be accessed by a shared exterior stair & terrace.
The total construction cost is estiamted at $800,000.
The project application has been submitted and is pending approval from the City Planning Commission of Sacramento. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
