Entitlement extension permits have been filed for the proposal at 2010 Broadway in Sacramento’s Curtis Park neighborhood. The urban infill project was first filed in 2021 with plans to add 21 units to a vacant plot. Indie Capital Real Estate is responsible for the development.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of remodeling at 506 S Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of new residential spaces. Indie Capital is the property owner. Johnsen Schmaling Architects is repsonsible for the design concepts.
New renderings and new building permits for the mixed-use development at 21st and Broadway in Curtis Park, Sacramento, have been revealed.
