A residential project has been proposed at 920 San Juan in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a residential community offering residences, open spaces, and onsite parking.

BSB Design Inc is responsible for the design concepts. SKK Developments is the project sponsor.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 9.17 acres. The project will bring 79 residences with private streets and alleys, landscaped open spaces, and onsite parking to a residential community. The proposed residences will range in size from 1,200 to 1,500 square feet. Onsite parking includes 158 in a garage and 37 uncovered spaces within the community. A tentative map is requested to subdivide the property into 79 single-family residential lots. Each lot will be developed with a single detached dwelling.

Village Green, a common area for recreation will be designed in the center of the project site and will include a turf and picnic area, tot lot, and eight guest parking stalls. Other recreational and common areas will include a small picnic and barbecue area near the guest parking spaces on the east side of the site, an off-leash dog park on the northwest corner of the site, and access points to the future bike trail from the boundary fencing.

The site is bounded by San Juan Road to the south, an existing canal to the west, and the Natomas Point Apartments to the northeast. There are other residential uses surrounding the project site; single-family homes to the west. The project site is about a quarter-mile from the Northgate Boulevard, a corridor with retail and commercial land uses.
