Parking is included for 92 cars and 108 bicycles. Cyclists will find a fix-it station to service bikes, while pet owners will be welcome to the dog-washing station for cleaning. There will be 25 below-market-rate units available in the unit, featuring GE appliances. The lobby will be staffed with a front desk attendant throughout the day, with an area connected to the lobby that can be used as another working space.

Residential amenities will include a landscaped interior courtyard and a landscaped roof deck. The open-air amenity space will feature panoramic views of the city skyline. Residents will find access to gas barbeque grills for outdoor dining, fire pits, lounging space, and a recreational area for games and entertainment.
