Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a large-scale residential project in Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of hundreds of single-family residences.
Seven West Capital is the project applicant and owner. CBG inc is the engineer on the project team.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 187 acres. The project will construct 809 single-family residences.
The project applications consist of VTM submittal and a tentative, awaiting approval from the Planning Commission. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The project site is located on the north side of Del Paso Road, immediately west of its intersection with Sorento Road, in Natomas.
