A new commercial project has been proposed at 3450 35th Street in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a strip mall offering retail spaces and parking spaces.
JRP Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project parcel spans an area of 16,055 square feet. The mall will bring four lease spaces and eleven parking spaces. The project application has been submitted and the estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.

That’s a pretty awful rendering – doesn’t make a case for the development. Plenty of retail already exists along MacArthur – build housing instead.
