Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 520 31st Street in Pill Hill, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering spaces for residential uses. For the project to be constructed, existing building will be demolished.
Gunkel Architecture is responsible for the designs.
New construction will bring a four-story residential building offering seven residences. The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.13 acres. The existing residential building measures an area of 2,472 square feet.
