Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 3064 Monterey Boulevard in Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story single-family residence with an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
Bay Investment Group Inc is the project developer. SLAM Homes is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 8,199 square feet. The project will bring a new single-family residence spanning an are of 2,555 square feet. The single-family residence will also feature an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) spanning an area of 565 square feet. The three-story building will rise to a height of 32 feet. Landscaped areas spanning 1,750 square feet will be designed on the site. Two parking spaces will be provided on the premises.
The site is a vacant downslope property, located next to the neighboring residence at 3065 Monterey Boulevard. Project applications have been submitted and the project awaits design review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
