A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2834 San Jose Avenue in Ocean View, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building offering spaces for residential uses. The project calls for the demolition of a type-v two-story three-unit building on the site.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 3,776 square feet. The project will bring a four-story residential building consisting of six residential units. The cost of construction is valued at $1,000,000. Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of the residential project. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. More information about the design team and plans is yet to be released.
