Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 3246 Kroy Way in Sacramento. The project proposal includes retaining the existing single-family home and constructing a new duplex.
The project proposes an urban lot split and construction of a duplex, authorized by SB9. The existing parcel will be split into two separate parcels. The first parcel will include the existing single-family home featuring one unit, with no additional construction proposed. A new duplex featuring two units will be constructed on the second parcel. Each unit of the duplex will be approximately 670 square feet. The property will be accessed from 8th Avenue.
A project application has been filed, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The construction cost is estimated at $585,000.
