Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed for construction at 952 International Boulevard in Oakland. The project proposal includes the conversion of a warehouse into a multi-family building offering spaces for 15 residential units, live-work units, parking, and rooftop terrace.

CALCAP Lending is the project developer.

The project site consists of three parcels totaling an area of 13,469 square feet. The project proposes to convert the existing warehouse on the site in to multi-family building with two new live-work units, spanning a total built-up area of 19,013 square feet. Parking and one bedroom toward the rear side will be added on the ground floor. The residential building will also feature six new units at the second and the third floors along with new elevators and rooftop terrace. The building façade will rise to a height of 34 feet.

The project application has been submitted and awaits design review, CUP, Variance, and Parcel Map Waiver which are required to merge three lots. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
