Development permits have been filed seeking the approval for new residential project proposed for development at 458 29th Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story residence. Plans call for the demolition of the existing single-family residence on the site.
Meneses Construction is the developer. Corwil Architects is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new residence rising three stories high. The residence will be constructed in wood frame. The new residence will also feature an Accessory Dwelling Unit.
A project review meeting has been scheduled for the documents to be reviewed and approved. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
