The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story residence. Plans call for the demolition of the existing single-family residence on the site.

Meneses Construction is the developer. Corwil Architects is responsible for the designs.

  1. another charmless design that adds nothing to the SF cityscape.
    (look at all of that classy architecture in that tumbled down building)
    The architecture need not be classical – it should just be classy.
