A new residential project has been proposed for development at 49 Hopkins Avenue in Twin Peaks, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-unit residential structure. Plans call for the demolition of an existing single-family residence on the site.
Y.A Studio is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new two-unit residence that features two three-bedroom units and a shared garage. The residence will yield a total built-up area spanning 5,313 square feet. The garage will feature an automated two-car stacker and two bike storage spaces. Usable open space spanning 1,290 square feet will also be developed on the site.
The cost of construction is estimated at $1M. An SB-9 application has been submitted. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
