SK Capital LLC is listed as the project owner. Tangent Design & Engineering (TDE) is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel comprising four parcels, totaling an area of 0.14 acres. The scope of work includes the construction of two half-plex dwelling structures and four attached accessory dwelling units.

The project brings a duplex with two accessory dwelling units (ADUs) on the two newly created lots fronting X Street.
The project application requests a site plan and design review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
