Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed for development on a site located along The Turn in Oakland.
San Francisco-based Knock Architecture and Design is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new two-story single-family home. The project also proposes to create a new vehicular and pedestrian access bridge over the existing creek under a separate permit.
