Permits Filed for a Two-Story Home Along The Turn, Oakland

Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed for development on a site located along The Turn in Oakland.

San Francisco-based Knock Architecture and Design is responsible for the designs.

The scope of work includes the construction of a new two-story single-family home. The project also proposes to create a new vehicular and pedestrian access bridge over the existing creek under a separate permit.

The project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. More information on the project is anticipated to be released. Stay tuned to for more such stories and updates.
