Development permits have been filed to approve a new residential project proposed at 400 Saratoga Avenue in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the addition of one five-story and one four-story residential building, along with one new maintenance building.
Kenneth Rodrigues and Partners, Inc., a Mountain View-based architecture firm, is listed as the project applicant.
The scope of work includes the development of a new residential complex featuring 324 residential units spread out over one five-story and one four-story building. Out of the total units, 49 will be reserved as affordable housing units.
The project site is currently used as a golf course, Pruneridge Golf Club. A project application and documents have been submitted, seeking review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
