New development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 485 Douglas Avenue in Brookfield Village, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of new residential units on three vacant lots.
Moussa Group LLC is listed as the owner. Mena Architects is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of 13 new residential dwelling units, which will offer two different model types; Type A & Type B, within 3 vacant lots. Three vacant lots will be merged into one parcel as part of this application approval.
Also, the application includes all associated site improvements such as: access driveways, vehicular and pedestrian paths, green open areas, and site utilities such as: water, sewer, electricity and gas services.
A project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
