A new preliminary application has been submitted seeking the approval of rebuilding an existing residence at 1136 Keith Avenue in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the demolition of the existing single-family residence and reconstruction of the residence as a single-family dwelling.
Alpine Lilly LLC is listed as the project applicant and owner. CB Architecture and Design is responsible for the designs.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new single-family residence. The existing residence is a four-bedroom three-bathroom single-family residence spanning an area of 2,000 square feet.
An SB-9 project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
