Legacy Builders is listed as the project developer. Wood Rodgers is the project engineer.
Named Andora at Century Place, the project proposes 61 condominiums, on a 6.5 acre project site; 36 condominiums on a 5.2 acre project site; and 336 units proposed on a 46.1 acre project site.
The project site is located North of CA-4 (California Delta Highway), South of Pittsburg-Antioch Highway, East of Markstein Drive and West of Auto Center Drive.
