A new residential project has been proposed for development at 10857 Linda Vista Drive in Cupertino. The project proposal includes the development of a new townhome community. The project site is currently developed with a three-bedroom single-family residence.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area go 0.7 acres. The scope of work includes the development of 51 townhome style condominium residences. Out of the total residences, 41 units will be available at market rate and 10 will be available for households and individuals earning moderate income.
An SB330 preliminary application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated project construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
