The team filed a preliminary application invoking Senate Bill 330 in mid-2024. The filing also utilizes the State Density Bonus program to increase residential capacity, including 24 units of affordable housing. The development will produce 122 units and 263 parking spaces across 66 single-family homes and 56 townhome-style units. Dwelling sizes will include 42 three-bedroom and 80 four-bedroom units.

KTGY is responsible for the design, working with Gates + Associates on the landscape architecture. The buildings will be a familiar contemporary-style design, wrapped in Craftsman, French, and Spanish-inspired facades.

Demolition will be expected for six single-story commercial structures. The 6.8-acre property is located along Stevens Creek Boulevard between North Stelling Road and De Anza Boulevard. The site is a block away from the De Anza College campus.
