A new residential project has been proposed for development at 610 South Broadway Avenue in Bay Point. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story multi-family residential project offering 169 units.
The scope of work includes the development of Phase 1 that includes a 169-unit multi-family apartment community rising four stories in height. The construction is proposed to be modular Type IIIA over a one-story Type IA parking structure podium.
The project site was developed with a singe-family residence spanning an area of 2,144 square feet, featuring a three-bedroom and one-bathroom floor plan.
The applicant requests approval of a Compliance Review for Phase 1 of previously approved development. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
