New building permits have been for a low-density residential structure at 2631 Del Paso Road in Natomas, Sacramento. The project, named phase three of the Homecoming at Creekside, will bring 186 rental homes across the over eleven-acre site. Lewis Land Developer is the project applicant.
The low-density residential project is expected to bring 16 units per acre, with a capacity for nearly two and a half cars per dwelling. The 186 units will be spread across 93 duplex structures, with the 462 spaces spread across private garages and street parking.
Angeleno Associates is responsible for the design, with landscape architecture by Sitescapes. The main illustration shows the Spanish revival aesthetic across the two-story homes, with red tile roofing and stucco facades. Residential amenities will be close to the vehicular entry off Town Center Drive. Amenities will include a pool deck, clubhouse, and mail room.
The property is located along Del Paso Road next to Town Center Drive and close to the previous Housecoming at Creekside phases. Future residents will be close to the central retail and civic centers for the Natomas neighborhood, including two grocery stores, restaurants, the North Natomas Library, and a high school campus.
The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
